LINER TYPES
To install a complete storage system a liner must be suspended in the metal tank. These liners must comply with high standards for strength and UV radiation persistency whilst they must allow easy installation.
Types

• PVC Liner - Liner PVC, black, thickness 0.5 or 1.0 mm, in drinking water quality. Material is suitable for the storage of rain- and clean water. Wall blanket (polyester, 300 gr/m2) as protection between the metal tank and the liner is part of the solution. Standard: the upper side of the lining has a hem with stretching bands and ratchet buckles. |

• PVCPlus Liner - Liner PVC Plus, grey, thickness 0.5 mm, in drinking water quality has a high UV –radiation persistency. Especially suitable for regions with intensively hours of sunlight (also for climate controlled hothouses). Standard: the upper side of the lining has a hem with stretching bands and ratchet buckles. |

• Poly Liner - Liner Poly, black, thickness 0.5 or 1.0 mm, is a high quality foil, based on Polyolefine, with a life expectancy which considerably exceeds the lifetime of PVC liners. The Poly liner is especially suitable for applications in which high demands must be met regarding temperature (-40ºC to +80ºC), UV-radiation persistency and high chemical resistance (fertilizer). Poly material has more elasticity and is suitable for tanks with heights of maximal 6.10 meter. Standard: the upper side of the lining has a hem with stretching bands and ratchet buckles. In addition Poly foil is 35% less in weight than liners made of PVC. |

• EPDM EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Dieen Monomer) - EPDM material has a very high elasticity and fits very good in the corrugated tank system.
Liner thickness about 0,8 mm for water storage, liner thickness 1,0 mm for sludge/manure and industrial water storage.

Wall insulation blanket (polyester)
Wall insulation blanket, polyester 300 gr/m2, as protection between metal tank and the liner is standard supplied with liners. For assembly of the for liner and blanket special clamps and ty-raps are delivered for the fastening.
Bottom insulation blanket (polyester)
Bottom insulation blanket 500 gr/m2 as protection between the ground level and liner is strongly recommended. It can be supplied for all tank diameters.
Liners Advantages
• Liners are available in various materials like PVC – PVC Plus – EX and EPDM.
• Because of high tensile strength the EX and EPDM can be supplied with tanks till a height of 6,10 meter.
• Because of ultramodern welding techniques a watertight connection is guaranteed. The special “clean floor” prevents damage to the liner during the production. Before delivery all liners are inspected.
• Production control and material check is a continuous process within the organization.
• Based on this, our products are long-term guaranteed, if installed properly.
• The special conical design of the outlets gives a great flexibility. Diameters 70 mm till 500 mm in only 4 models.
• All liners and anti-algae covers are packed separately in boxes. In case a prefab outlet will be supplied, the location of the outlet and unfolding procedure are mentioned on the outside of the box.
